  • What is your normal turnaround time for a new website?

    Depending  length and the complexity of your project, turn around times will vary.


    One page websites can be completed in as little as 48 hours if we have received all of the content and instructions from you.


    A five page website will take several days to a week. This will all vary on how quickly you are able to provide us content and respond to our feedback.


    While we do our best to accommodate each and every client with lightning-fast speed, we can only work as fast as you allow us to. Turn around time is highly client-dependent. If content is provided in a timely fashion, initial and ongoing instructions are clear and revisions requested are reasonable, the turn around time can be significantly decreased.

  • What is your normal turnaround time for revisions?

    Our turnaround time for revisions after your website is live is within 48 hours. 


    Our normal working hours are Monday - Friday.



  • After you create our website, can we manage it ourselves?

    Yes! 


    All plans allow access to our intuitive website builder!


    Remember, if you don't want to make your own website updates, just send them over to us and we'll take care of them for you!

  • Do you have a phone number I can call for support?

    We do not offer support over the phone, however please do not interpret this as unwillingness to help you. We love answering your questions, solving problems, and helping you in any way that we can via live-chat or email, use the live-chat feature at the bottom left of your browser and instantly connect with one of our specialists.


    The team works enthusiastically to deliver compassionate and fast support to all creators and patrons. We find the best way to accomplish this is by handling support inquiries online, for a few reasons: 


    • We can more easily view your account and payment history. 
    • While troubleshooting, we frequently ask you to send us direct links and screenshots, to see what you’re seeing on your end. It’s mutual – we can send you screenshots, videos and links to better assist you. 
    • With online support, there’s a detailed record of your past conversations. You can pick-up where you left off– our agents can easily access your previous tickets to more effectively answer your question. 
    • You can reply within the same email thread if you have an update to your request.
    • It’s faster. We’ll never keep you waiting on hold and it’s easy to follow-up if you have more questions. 

Plans, Pricing, Cancellations, Refunds

  • How do I cancel my subscription?

    You can cancel at any time with a 30-day notice by emailing your cancellation request to [email protected]

  • What is your refund policy?

    We will refund your money under the following conditions:


    All requests for refunds MUST be submitted in writing via email within 3 days of signing up, prior to beginning any revisions on your website draft.


  • If I cancel, can I keep my website?

    Leggera is a subscription based service, and we do not offer site exports.
